Gond Ke Laddu Easy Recipe: How To Make Gond Ke Laddu


In winter, different types of laddus are prepared in every house. Sesame laddus, dry fruit laddoos and gond ke laddus are eaten during the winter season. Especially gond laddus are made in almost every house. 

These laddus are not only tasty to eat but also very healthy. 

Eating gond laddus in the winter season gives both heat and strength to the body. These laddus are so delicious that children and old people like to eat it. 

These laddoos are rich in calories and nutrients, so gond laddoos are also fed to pregnant women.

Preparation For Gond ke Laddu

Wheat flour – 1 cup

Bura – 1 cup

Ghee – 3-4 tbsp 

Gum – 100 grams

Cashew – 10 to 12 (chopped)

Melon seeds – 2 tbsp

Cardamom powder – tsp

How To Make Gond ke Laddu

To make gond ladoos, first break the gum into fine pieces. 

Now put more than half of the ghee in a pan and heat it. 

After the ghee is hot, put little gum on a low flame and fry it while stirring continuously. 

Note that the gum swells up like popcorn in ghee.

Roast the gond till it is roasted well from inside.

Similarly fry all the gum and take it out in a plate.

Now add flour to the remaining ghee and fry it on low flame till it becomes light golden. Keep stirring the dough continuously so that it does not burn. 

When the dough becomes light golden and a good smell starts coming from it, then turn off the gas and take out the flour in a plate.

 Now put melon seeds in the same hot pan and fry them while stirring continuously. If you want, you can also add a little ghee to it.

 After this, put cashew pieces and cardamom powder in the roasted flour between the melons. Mix everything well together. 

When the gum cools down, make a powder in a plate with the help of a rolling pin.

Now put gum, flour and boora in a big vessel and mix it well. The mixture is ready to make gond ladoos.

 Now take little mixture from this mixture and make round laddus. 

Similarly make laddus from all the mixture. 

Healthy and tasty gond ladoos are ready. 

Let the gond ladoos remain in the air for 1-2 hours. 

You can store gond ke ladoos in an air tight container, they will remain fresh for 1-2 months.
