To make noodles cutlets, mash two large boiled ones in a plate.
Now add finely chopped capsicum, onion, green chili, green coriander, corn and frozen peas and mix it well.
After this, add spices like red chili, garam masala, amchur powder etc.
to this mixture. If you want, you can also use Maggi masala, it makes the noodles cutlets more tasty. Now add boiled noodles and salt and mix the whole mixture well with hands.
Now take two spoons of all purpose flour and cornflour in a bowl. Also add salt and pepper to it and prepare a solution by mixing water.
Now apply a little oil in your palms and make cutlets from the noodles mixture.
First put the cutlets in the maida and cornflour solution and coat them well. After this, coat the cutlets well with bread crumbs.

To make noodles pakodas, take gram flour and two spoons of corn flour in a large bowl and add water to make a light thick batter.
Now add chopped onion, cabbage, capsicum, green chili, ginger and coriander to it.
Now add red chili, garam masala and salt and mix it well.
After this, add boiled noodles and mix everything well once again.
Now heat oil in a pan and fry the pakodas with the mixture.
Serve hot pakodas with green chutney and ketchup.
Cheesy Noodles Pockets
To make Cheesy Noodles Pockets, heat two spoons of oil in a pan.
Now add cumin seeds and vegetables like finely chopped onions, carrots, capsicum and peas and fry lightly for a few minutes.
Now add red chili, Maggi masala, black pepper and salt to it.
Remove this mixture in a plate and add boiled noodles and grated cheese and mix it well.
After this take some bread slices and cut off their edges and separate them.
Roll out the white part of the bread with the help of a rolling pin and make it thin. Now take two spoons of flour in a bowl and prepare a thick batter by adding water.
After this, pour the mixture of noodles and vegetables on top of the bread.
Apply flour mixture on the edges of the bread and seal the bread well.
Now heat oil in a pan and fry the bread pockets in it.
