In the rainy season, if you get delicious and hot snacks with ginger tea, then the fun of rain is doubled. 

If you also want to enjoy the rain with delicious tea time snacks at home without much effort, then definitely try these recipes. 

These snacks are very easy to make and will be loved by everyone, from kids to adults.

Preparation For Veg Pakodas

Semolina – 1 cup  

Curd – 1/2 cup 

1 cup finely chopped capsicum  

1/2 cup cauliflower 

green coriander 

Grated Ginger – 1 inch  

2 finely chopped green chilies 

salt – as per taste 

Oil – 1 cup 

How To Make Veg Pakodas

To make mixed veg pakodas, put semolina and curd in a vessel and mix it well.

Now add a little water to it and prepare a batter like gram flour. 

Now add finely chopped capsicum, finely chopped cauliflower, green coriander, finely chopped ginger, finely chopped green chili and salt and mix everything well. 

If the batter looks thick, then add some water to it and keep it aside for 10 minutes. 

Now heat oil in a pan and make pakodas. 

Fry the pakoras till they turn golden brown and then sieve. 

Serve hot pakodas with ketchup and chutney.

Preparation For Soya Cutlet 

soya granules 

finely chopped onion 

finely chopped carrots 

finely chopped green chilies 

finely chopped coriander 

grated ginger 

Red chilli

garam masala

cumin powder

Salt

oil  

How To Make Soya Cutlet 

If you want to eat something tasty but healthy in monsoon then definitely try soya cutlets.

For this, soak soya granules in water for 15-20 minutes. 

After this, take out all the water by pressing the soya granules between the hands and grind them in a mixer to make a paste. 

Now add finely chopped onion, carrot, green chili, green coriander and ginger to it. 

After this add red chili, garam masala, cumin powder, salt and mix everything well. 

Now take a little mixture in hand and make cutlets. 

After this, heat a pan and fry the cutlets till golden brown. 

Serve hot soya cutlets with mint chutney. 

Preparation For Potato And Poha Cutlets

Potatoes – 4 

Poha – 1/2 bowl 

finely chopped onion  

finely chopped green chilies 

finely chopped coriander 

grated ginger 

turmeric powder

chilli powder

garam masala powder

amchur powder 

a spoonful of cornfloura

a spoonful of flour

How To Make Potato and Poha Cutlets

To make potato and poha cutlets, wash the poha and add mashed boiled potatoes to it. 

Now add finely chopped onion, green chili, coriander leaves and ginger to it. 

After this add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder and mango powder and mix it well. 

Now add a spoonful of cornflour and salt to it and mix it. 

After this, add a spoonful of all purpose flour, a spoonful of corn flour and a little black pepper powder in a bowl and mix it. 

Now take a little mixture and give the shape of cutlet and wrap it well in maida-cornflour batter. 

After this, wrap the cutlet in bread crumbs. 

Now shallow or deep fry the cutlets in hot oil till they become hot. 

Serve hot cutlets with ketchup or mint chutney.
