Monsoon Snacks Recipes – Monsoon Chaat Recipes – Masala Papad Recipe


The fun of eating hot chaat in the rainy season is something else. 

If you also want to enjoy the rain with delicious chaat at home without much effort, then definitely try these recipes. 

These chaat recipes are very easy to make and will be loved by everyone, from kids to adults.

Preparation For Bread Chaat 

Bread slices – 4 

Onion – 1 finely chopped 

Tomato – 1 finely chopped 

Green chili – 2 finely chopped 

Boiled potato – 1 

Chaat masala – 1 tsp 

Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp 

Lemon juice – 1 tsp

Green coriander – 1 cup finely chopped 

oil for frying  

How To Make Bread Chaat 

For this, remove the edges of the bread slices and cut them into cubes. 

After this, heat oil in a pan and deep fry the bread in it. 

Now put the fried bread slices in a bowl. Now add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, pieces of boiled potatoes, chaat masala, red chili powder and lemon juice. 

Mix everything well and serve garnished with coriander leaves. 

preparation for Corn Chaat 

Frozen Corn – 1 cup 

Capsicum – 1 finely chopped 

Onion – 1 finely chopped 

Tomato – 1 finely chopped 

roasted cumin powder

Black pepperchilli powder

Salt Black

How To Make Corn Chaat 

To make Corn Chaat, first chop the vegetables like capsicum, onion and tomato finely and keep them aside. 

Now heat oil in a pan and fry the frozen corn in it till golden brown. 

Now take it out in a bowl. 

Now add chopped vegetables, roasted cumin powder, black pepper, red chili powder, salt and black salt to it. 

Now add lemon juice and finely chopped coriander leaves and mix everything well. 

Preparation For Masala Papad

Papad – 4 

Capsicum – 1 finely chopped 

Onion – 1 finely chopped 

Tomato – 1 finely chopped 

Cucumber – 1 finely chopped 

Green chili – 2 finely chopped 

Sev – 4 tsp 

chilli powder

Spicetomato ketchup 

coriander-mint chutney

green coriander

How To Make Masala Papad

First cut the papad into 4 pieces and keep aside. Now put some oil in a pan and heat it. 

Deep fry the papads till they turn golden and take them off the flame. 

Now boil sweet corn in a vessel and keep it aside. Now cut onion, tomato, cucumber, capsicum into small pieces and keep aside. 

Now place all the fried papads in a plate and pour tomato sauce on top. 

Now pour coriander-mint chutney over it. 

Add chopped onion, boiled sweet corn, tomato, cucumber and capsicum over it. 

Add chopped green chilies, chaat masala and chili powder on top.

Now pour sev over it and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. 

Enjoy masala papad with hot tea.
