In summer, the fun of eating cold and cold kulfi is something else. But sometimes there is a great desire to eat Kulfi and Kulfi is not available in the market. So you don’t need to kill your mind. You can easily make Kulfi at home too. In this article, we are going to tell you the easy recipe of making Kulfi from bread at home.
Preparation For kulfi
Bread slices – 6
Flower cream milk – 1.5 liters
Saffron or Vanilla Essence
Sugar – 1 cup
Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
How To Make kulfi
To make kulfi, remove the edges of the bread slices with the help of a knife.
Now put the bread slices in the mixer and make bread crumbs.
Now take milk in a vessel and boil it on low flame.
Note that with the help of a spoon keep stirring the milk in between.
Do not let the milk stick to the side and keep stirring well.
When the milk boils, add sugar to it and stir well.
Now add saffron or vanilla essence to it and mix it well with milk.
After this, add chopped dryfruits and cardamom powder to the milk and cook for 2 minutes.
Now add bread crumbs to it and cook till the milk becomes thick.
Note that you have to cook the milk till its consistency becomes like kulfi batter.
When the milk cools down a bit, pour it into the kulfi mold and keep it in the freezer for a few hours to set.
After a few hours, take out the kulfi from the fridge and serve it by adding pistachios, almonds etc.
