Applying oil in hands and cutting jackfruit does not cause itching and stickiness while cutting jackfruit.
Now remove the thick skin above the jackfruit.
After this, apply oil in your hands in between and cut the jackfruit into small pieces.
Now heat the oil in a kadhai and fry the jackfruit pieces in it till it becomes light brown.
After this, remove the jackfruit pieces and keep them aside.
Now add cumin seeds to the remaining oil.
When the cumin starts crackling, add onion, garlic, green chilli and ginger and fry it.
Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and turmeric and stir it for 1-2 minutes.
Now add the fried jackfruit pieces and mix well.
Now add one cup of water to the vegetable and reduce the flame and let the vegetable cook completely for 10-15 minutes.
Keep stirring the vegetables occasionally.
When the vegetable is ready after cooking, take it out in a vessel and put green coriander and garnish.
