Kadhai Paneer Recipe – Cottage Cheese Vegetable – Make Kadhai Paneer At Home

Preparation For Kadhai Paneer Recipe

250 grams paneer

3 green capsicum

4 ripe tomatoes

5-6 garlic cloves,

grated1 inch ginger piece,

grated2 tsp garam masala

1 tsp Kadhai Paneer Masala

1 teaspoon coriander powder

tsp turmeric

1 teaspoon red chili powder

1 tsp kasoori methi

1 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped

2 tbsp oil

2 green chilies, chopped

a teaspoon cuminone

one tablespoon salt

How To Make Kadhai Paneer Recipe

First, cut the paneer into small cubes.

After cutting the paneer, cut the capsicum also into small pieces.

Put tomatoes in a cup of water in a vessel and boil them well for 4-5 minutes.

After this, put the tomato in a vessel and peel it and cut it.

Now put oil in a pan or vessel and keep it to heat on medium flame.

When the oil is hot enough, put cumin seeds in it and fry it.

After adding cumin, add ginger and garlic to it. Lower the flame and fry for a minute.

After this, put tomatoes in the pan and fry well for 2 minutes on high flame. So that the tomatoes get cooked well.

After the tomatoes are cooked, add coriander powder, red chili powder and salt and fry for 1 minute more.

After roasting all the spices, cover and cook it for 1 minute, by doing this the aroma of spices will spread in it and keep in mind that the flame should be low.

After roasting the masala well, remove the lid and increase the flame. Put capsicum inside it and cook for 2 minutes.

After everything is cooked well, add paneer pieces to the gravy and cook the vegetable for 2-3 minutes while stirring.

After this, add paneer masala, garam masala and kasoori methi in the gravy and mix well.

After stirring the vegetables for 2 minutes, turn off the flame. Also add coriander leaves and cover for some time.

Eat and feed the prepared paneer with naan, tandoori roti or tawa roti.
