Moong Sprouts Salad

If you are early to go to office in the morning, then you can make Moong Sprouts Salad for breakfast. 

For this, boil or steam the moong sprouts.

After this add finely chopped tomatoes, onions, green chilies. 

Now add lemon juice to it and also add chaat masala. Your Moong Sprouts Salad is ready. 

Rava Dosa 

You can also have rava dosa for breakfast. 

The more delicious this dish is to eat, the easier it is to make it. 

For this, mix 1/4 cup curd in 1/2 cup rava and whisk it. 

If needed, add a little water to it as well. After that keep it covered for 15 to 20 minutes. 

If you want, you can make a paste of rava at night also. 

Now add chopped vegetables like capsicum, onion, green chilli and tomato and beat it well. 

Add salt to it also. Now heat a non stick tava (griddle) and make dosa on it. 

You can eat dosa with coconut chutney or peanut chutney.

Cheese-Tomato Sandwich  

If you like to eat sandwiches, then you can make paneer and tomato sandwiches for breakfast. 

For this, apply butter on 2 bread slices. 

After this, apply green chutney on one slice of bread and tomato ketchup on the other slice. 

Now place the sliced ​​​​paneer and tomato slices on a slice of bread. 

Now sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper over it. 

After this, cover the second bread slice by placing it on top of it. 

Now toast it in the toaster. Your Paneer-Tomato Sandwich is ready.

Bread Poha 

If you have to go to office early in the morning, then she can also make bread poha as a quick breakfast. 

For this, heat oil in a pan. 

Now add mustard seeds and curry leaves to it. 

When the mustard seeds start crackling, add finely chopped onion, tomato and green chili and fry for a while. 

Now add some turmeric powder to it and cook on low flame for a minute or two.

After this put small pieces of bread in it. 

If you want, you can also add fried peanuts to it.

Banana Oats Smoothie 

If you do not feel like eating something heavy for breakfast in the morning, then you can also take banana smoothie. 

For this, cook 1/4 cup oats in half a cup of water. 

When it cools down a bit, put it in the blender. 

Add 1 cup milk and 1 banana (chopped) to it and blend it well. 

Now take it out in a glass and add honey, round-cut banana pieces and some almonds on top. 

Your Banana Oats Smoothie is ready.
