After this add finely chopped tomatoes, onions, green chilies.
Now add lemon juice to it and also add chaat masala. Your Moong Sprouts Salad is ready.
You can also have rava dosa for breakfast.

For this, mix 1/4 cup curd in 1/2 cup rava and whisk it.
If needed, add a little water to it as well. After that keep it covered for 15 to 20 minutes.
If you want, you can make a paste of rava at night also.
Now add chopped vegetables like capsicum, onion, green chilli and tomato and beat it well.
Add salt to it also. Now heat a non stick tava (griddle) and make dosa on it.

For this, apply butter on 2 bread slices.

Banana Oats Smoothie
