Often people think that big celebrities eat expensive food items and they have personal trainer in gym so they lose weight quickly. 

However, Rujuta points out that weight loss is not a big deal and you can easily lose weight without expensive meals and a personal trainer. 

In her book ‘The 12 week fitness project’, Rujuta has given some special diet tips with the help of which you can lose weight easily. 

In today’s article, we are going to tell you about the weight loss diet plan given in Rujuta’s book.

Start The Day By Eating A Banana  

Rutuja says to start your day by eating a banana or any fruit.

Apart from this, you can also eat soaked almonds or dry grapes in the morning. 

According to Rutuja, you should have breakfast in the morning after 45 minutes to 1 hour after eating it. 

Homemade idli, dosa or poha can be eaten for breakfast.

Add Ghee To Every Meal 

Rutuja believes that there is no need to eat any fancy meal to lose weight. 

She says that the food that we have been eating since childhood, is the same food for weight loss. 

According to them, you must include ghee in every meal. 

She says that you should use ghee according to the food. 

For example, the use of ghee in lentils, rice, roti and vegetable will be less. But for making Dal Bati, Puran Poli, you will need more ghee.

According to Rutuja, ghee is a superfood. 

According to other facts, ghee breaks down quickly in the body and is also good for digestion. 

Along with this, by eating ghee, the skin also remains healthy.

Mid Morning Snack Is A Must 

According to Rutuja, you can eat any fruit or homemade laddoos or barfi for breakfast and mid-morning snack before lunch. 

However, note that they should be consumed in limited quantities only. 

Apart from this, you can have home made drinks like lassi, lemonade, coconut water etc. in the mid morning snack. 

According to Rutuja, there is no shortage of water in the body by drinking a home-made drink. 

Along with this, consuming more fluids also reduces appetite and the digestive system is also correct.

Meal From 4 to 6 pm Is Important  

Rutuja says that the meal between 4 and 6 in the evening is very important. 

In the meantime, you can eat a roti with ghee and jaggery.

Or you can have poha, upma, dosa, egg toast, murukku or homemade gond ke laddoos. 

According to Rutuja, the time between 4 and 6 in the evening is when we feel most hungry and in this round we eat junk food. 

If you are eating something heavy in the evening, then have a light dinner.


Eat Dal Rice For Dinner 

According to Rutuja, you can eat sambar, dal, rasam or any vegetable with rice at night. 

According to him, instead of brown rice, white rice should be eaten. 

Rutuja believes that dal rice is easy to digest and is a complete diet in itself. 

Along with this, eating lentils and rice also brings good sleep.
