26-year-old Mira Rajput has two children, daughter Misha and son Zain. 

Mira Rajput wrote on her social media page that she suffered from back pain during pregnancy, which persisted even after delivery. 

Meera told that to get relief from this back pain , she used to practice hip opening yoga sequence . 

According to Meera, it is a stretching exercise in which the inner muscles of the thighs (adductors), hip flexors and deep lateral rotators located in the back part are affected and help to open these parts.
