You can use Jamun kernel powder for your skin and hair in many ways. 

You can make powder of jamun kernels by drying it or you can buy readymade jamun kernel powder from the market.

For Acne 

Many people have the problem of acne on their face. 

This problem increases especially in summer. 

You can use jamun to get rid of the problem of acne.

Jamun has anti-bacterial properties which helps to prevent the growth of bacteria on the face and reduce acne. 

For this, take a spoonful of jamun kernel powder and make a paste by adding milk to it. 

Now apply this paste on acne before sleeping at night. 

Wake up in the morning and wash the face with cold water. 

Apart from this, you take 1 teaspoon jamun kernel powder, 1 teaspoon orange powder and 1 teaspoon masoor dal powder. 

Now prepare a paste by mixing rose water and a few drops of almond oil in it. 

Apply this paste on your face and leave it for 15 minutes. 

After that wash the face with water. 

By doing this your acne problem will end soon. 

For Oily Skin 

Jamun is also very beneficial for people with oily skin. 

Jamun has astringent properties, which helps in controlling sebum production on the skin. 

For this, prepare a paste by mixing 2 teaspoons of Jamun fruit pulp, 1 teaspoon of rice flour and rose water.

Now apply this paste on your face and leave it for 15 minutes. 

After that wash the face with plain water. 

With regular use of this paste, you will see a difference in oily skin.

You can also use Jamun to reduce the dark spots on the face. 

Jamun is rich in Vitamin C and anti-oxidants which help in reducing the blemishes on the face. 

For this, you can mix 2 teaspoons of gram flour, 1 teaspoon of Jamun kernel powder, rose water and a few drops.      

Make a paste by mixing almond oil. 

Now apply this paste on your face and leave it for 10-15 minutes. 

After that wash the face with water. 

Using this face pack will reduce the dark spots on your face and you will get flawless skin.

For Strong And Shiny Hair
