Lack of sleep can also affect our sex life. When we sleep for 5 hours or less, it causes hormonal imbalance in our body. Due to this our sex drive also starts decreasing and we are not able to enjoy our sex life. 

Lack of sleep also increases the risk of diabetes. When we do not get enough sleep, the insulin level in our body starts decreasing. People who sleep for 5 hours or less have higher blood sugar levels and are at increased risk of type 2 diabetes.
